Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the front desk team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front desk team in providing exceptional customer service and handling guest inquiries
  • Manage room reservations and ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxurious resort
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently
