We are in search of a Finance and Operations Director to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial management, human resources, and operational functions of the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in propelling the company's expansion and delivering innovative diagnostic solutions to the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Supervise all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Seek funding opportunities and enhance procurement processes.
- Human Resources Leadership: Direct the recruitment, retention, and development of exceptional talent. Develop HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure operational effectiveness, implement process enhancements, and manage projects across various departments. Supervise logistics and supply chain activities.
- Support for Executive Leadership: Assist in fundraising initiatives and ensure operational objectives align with long-term strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and operational positions.

- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or French is required.
