Job Summary

We are seeking a high-potential Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the CEO and Head of Operations, contributing to various aspects of company building, including fundraising, hiring, and company organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in securing non-dilutive grants and support the CEO in fundraising efforts.
  • Recruit leading scientists to join the team, leveraging your exceptional organizational skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Contribute to company structure and organization, structuring and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day company operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in business principles and operations management.
  • Minimum six months of professional experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous start-up experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with building a new organization.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Airtable, Notion, Payfit, Pennylane, and Monday.
  • Website building or graphic design experience, with a portfolio that showcases your creative skills and attention to detail.
  • French language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
