Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Supervise teams on the ground, plan tasks, manage reservations, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and resolve operational issues.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency, implementing new procedures, tools, and strategies to optimize operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality standards to ensure a high-quality service for customers, overseeing the cleaning of accommodation, inspecting compliance with cleanliness standards, and resolving quality issues reported by customers.
- Team Management: Work with the Director of Operations for France to restructure the operational teams, optimizing all processes and finding the best structure for our business.
- Customer Relations: Collaborate with the customer service team to manage customer queries and issues, ensuring prompt and quality support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, key performance indicators, and market trends, analyzing results, identifying potential problems, and proposing improvement solutions.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, with previous experience in logistics, supply chain, and operations.
- Strong operational management skills, with experience in coordinating and managing day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in French is essential, with a good level of English also required.
