We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to join our team at Club Med. As a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar setting.
