Position: Project Engineer - Technical Design Specialist

Your team:
The team in Toulouse comprises approximately 100 professionals, with around 40 dedicated to the Cities & Territories division. This division encompasses five areas of expertise focusing on water management, environmental solutions, and spatial planning.
The Mastering team consists of about 15 individuals and is engaged in urban and interurban development projects, including roadworks, utility installations, urban and river hydraulic structures, and water treatment systems.
As a member of the engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in the technical advancement of projects during the design phase, collaborating closely with project managers. Additionally, you will oversee on-site activities alongside engineers during the implementation stages.
Your responsibilities:
  • Work in conjunction with engineers to produce technical drawings
  • Ensure adherence to technical design standards and regulatory frameworks established between the Project Manager and the Client
  • Deliver results that meet technical and quality standards
  • Act as a site supervisor under the guidance of the Project Manager: participate in site meetings, prepare reports, provide regular updates to the Project Manager, and uphold the CCAG Travaux framework.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in infrastructure, networks, civil engineering, or public works is required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Design Office or Mastering context. Proficiency in technical tools and regulatory references pertinent to the field (such as Autocad, COVADIS, and/or Mensura) is essential, as well as familiarity with BIM infrastructure modeling. An AIPR accreditation would be advantageous.
Your ability to work independently, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit are key assets for this position.

  • Commitment to social responsibility: diversity and inclusion initiatives, quality assurance, and mutual coverage, along with support through the Artelia Foundation
  • Flexible working conditions: options for telecommuting, additional leave days, and part-time arrangements...
  • Profit-sharing opportunities: participation in profit-sharing schemes, employee shareholding, and various benefits and discounts through social programs, as well as sustainable mobility initiatives...
  • Career development and support for professional growth: tailored training programs, Artelia Academy, career progression pathways, and internal mobility
Recruitment process:

  2. Interview with a recruiter to explore your aspirations, motivations, and professional goals, while introducing our company and potential career paths

Whenever possible, you may have the chance to meet your future colleagues over coffee or lunch.
