The Regional Luxury Fragrance Division Team, based in Paris, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Intern to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to driving the success of our prestigious fragrance brands: Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London, Frederic Malle & Kilian Paris.
Your Role
As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our cross-functional and cross-branded projects aimed at accelerating the growth of our fragrance portfolio. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales Analytics, Retail Operations, Education, Consumer & Product Marketing, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to the inner workings of a leading luxury beauty company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating comprehensive reports to measure the performance of our fragrance brands, encompassing retail sales, market share, top-performing retailers, and distribution expansion strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation of impactful presentations and meetings to update both Fragrance teams and senior management on portfolio achievements, market trends, and brand strategies.
- Leverage your analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data, providing recommendations to regional management for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and ad-hoc research to support specific projects and initiatives as requested by regional management.
Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree from a reputable Business school, Engineering school, or Top University. (Student status required during internship).
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency from the EMEA region is highly advantageous.
Skills and Attributes
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the beauty or luxury goods industry with a strong desire to make a tangible impact on projects.
- Possess a proactive, self-starter mindset with high motivation and commitment to assigned tasks.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. You should thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical skills and proven attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Show a keen willingness to learn and develop within a corporate setting.
