Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crypto Influencer Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Bitunix Innovation Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influential crypto community leaders to drive trading volume and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit top crypto influencers, traders, and community leaders to promote our exchange platform through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase trading volume through influencer partnerships and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns and content tailored for influencer audiences.
- Organize and host webinars, AMAs, and other events with influencers to educate and engage the crypto community.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of influencer activities on trading volume and user acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adapt influencer strategies accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, compliance, and support teams, to ensure alignment on influencer initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network with potential influencer partners and enhance brand presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within the crypto industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
