Agricultural Product Manager

Arkolia is seeking a skilled Agricultural Product Manager to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the evolution, enhancement, and management of our agricultural hangar product. Your responsibilities will encompass providing support and training to users, analyzing product performance, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain, enhance, and optimize the agricultural hangar product. This includes providing tools for Operational Business Services, adapting to evolving technical, regulatory, and market demands, and addressing regional and customer-specific requirements.
- User Support & Training: Provide comprehensive assistance and hotline support to users of the agricultural hangar tool. Distribute user manuals, conduct training sessions, and effectively communicate product updates.
- Workgroup Coordination: Lead a workgroup comprising various internal departments to ensure seamless product development and enhancement. Incorporate valuable feedback from stakeholders and present progress reports to the agricultural hangar steering committee.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of the agricultural hangar product across different territories and markets. Implement corrective actions based on your findings to drive continuous improvement and optimize market penetration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a degree in a scientific field or Engineering, coupled with prior experience in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and data management, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment are essential for success in this position.
