Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Arkolia. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and animation of our hangar agricole product.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the hangar agricole product in collaboration with internal services (Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and Development)
  • Provide tools and support to the Business Operations team
  • Optimize the product based on technical, regulatory, and market evolutions
  • Integrate regional and client-specific features

Support, Hotline, and Training

  • Provide assistance and hotline support to users of the product
  • Develop and distribute user manuals
  • Train users on the product's usage
  • Communicate updates to users

Product Working Group Animation

  • Lead the product working group with internal services
  • Consider user feedback to adapt the product offering
  • Present progress to the hangar agricole steering committee

Commercial Performance Analysis

  • Analyze the product's performance on various territories and compared to the market
  • Implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific field or engineering school
  • First experience in similar roles or projects
  • Proficiency in office tools, including Excel and data tables
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
