About the Role:

EFINOR is seeking a skilled Technical and Commercial Offers Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design office, you will be responsible for coordinating all bids issued by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze all company calls for tender, either by document or during site visits.
  • Understand customers' needs and propose strategic costing solutions.
  • Draw up essential costings based on templates and internal departments.
  • Work with technical referents to produce quotations and handle multiple costings.
  • Consult suppliers, prepare bids, and validate costings.
  • Enter offer data into ERP and provide feedback to the project manager.

Requirements:

  • Trained to Bac+2 to Bac+5 in mechanics or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, especially SolidWorks.
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and with freedom of action.

Location: This full-time and open-ended position is located in Toul, near Nancy, in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department, with occasional travel to customers' sites. Salary will be offered according to qualifications and experience.
