About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to join our team in the Mans region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with clients and prospects, identifying new sales opportunities, and increasing revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve business growth targets
- Selling training sessions and products to clients, with a focus on long-term contracts and repeat business
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and prospecting
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to inform business decisions
