Principal EMEA Product Manager, Single Shot FARAPULSE Therapeutics

This is a highly strategic position in the EMEA Marketing organization, responsible for driving business growth through market intelligence, focused market/competitive analysis, product positioning, development of marketing plans, product launches, and training in coordination with the Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Assist in the development and execution of EMEA market strategies, identify clinical/market trends, and suggest new product/marketing opportunities.
- Product/Market Management: Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing training for the sales force, facilitating Physician to Physician training and selling, and developing downstream sales tools to support sales execution.
- Product Development: Communicate market needs to Global Marketing, conduct continuous product evaluations, and provide feedback to the Global and EMEA Leadership Marketing team.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish relationships with key thought leaders in the field, identify key Physician champions for the franchise, and develop support structures and relationships with sales representatives and sales management.
- Planning and Analysis: Maintain product forecast, develop operational product launch strategies, and track financial performance of the product.
- Business, Marketing, or Healthcare studies degree.
- 5+ years' work experience in a Product Manager function or equivalent position.
- Experience working within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical sector is required, with additional experience within the Electrophysiology (EP) franchise being an advantage.
- Strong commercial background and proven track record of successful marketing planning and execution resulting in plan achievement.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and customer experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen and long-term business planning experience.
- Good clinical understanding.
- Very good project management skills.
- Very good analytical, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking skills are desirable.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Based in one of the following cities (or close to them): Dusseldorf (Germany), Voisins-le-Bretonneux (France), Hemel Hempstead (UK), Milan (Italy), or Madrid (Spain).
