About the Role
As a Workday HCM Solution Consultant at Workday France, you will leverage your in-depth product expertise to provide strategic guidance to the sales team and our customers. As part of our customer-centric team, you will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.
About You
Key Responsibilities Include:- Designing and delivering tailored technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to showcase our solutions and services.
- Collaborating with the sales team to close sales opportunities by providing expert consultation on our products, services, and training offerings.
- Contributing to the qualification of prospects, developing demonstration criteria, and creating proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
- Leading customer relationships, understanding their business strategies, and providing guidance to help them expand their Workday footprint in support of their objectives.
- Supporting all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives to drive business growth and success.
- Assisting the sales team in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs).
