Vous rejoignez notre équipe au sein du département Market Risk, qui recherche un Risk Manager, pour une alternance d'un à deux ans à partir de septembre 2024.
Le département Market Risk recouvre la supervision de l'ensemble des indicateurs Risques et P&L pour les activités de Marché de Natixis. Au sein de MR, l'équipe Risk Management est en charge d'accompagner les développements des métiers d'un point de vue transactionnel et d'encadrement général des risques.
Rapportant au manager du pôle Equity & Fixed Income, le(la) Risk Manager pourra être amené à intervenir sur l'ensemble des différents métiers et classes d'actifs (Equity, Taux, FX, Crédit).
Missions Principales
- Participer aux exercices de revues annuelles et de demandes de modifications de limites;
- Analyse critique des business plans et des orientations stratégiques des métiers;
- Définition, revue et transformation des mandats de risques;
- Écriture des slides à destination de Comités des Risques et des memos d'analyse et de calibrations de limites;
- Instruction, analyse, escalade des transactions non-standard : One-Offs, Enveloppes, Jumbo deals;
- Dans le contexte d'analyses de transactions, mener des analyses de risques complètes (modélisation, simulation de grecques, analyse des conditions de marché du sous-jacent, liquidité, stress-testing...), estimer la complexité de la transaction et identifier les stratégies de couverture;
- Mener des analyses top-down et/ou thématiques à destination du management, du CRM, du régulateur;
- Anticiper les évolutions nécessaires à l'encadrement des risques des métiers dans un contexte de changements de paradigmes (ex : crises de marché, marchés one-way, parts de marchés élevées, apparition de nouveaux indices et nouveaux marchés...);
- Identifier des scénarios de stress unitaires et/ou transverses pour encadrement spécifique ou anticipation macro.
