Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at RH Venture. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients in the areas of payroll, administration, and talent management.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including document preparation, data management, and record-keeping.
Talent Management: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee communications, and performance management.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, employment law, and health and safety.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HR software.
Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
