Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll and HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and providing comprehensive administrative support to our staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll for both public and private sector employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle various payroll variables and benefits, adhering to relevant regulations and policies.

• Verify and correct any payroll discrepancies, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

• Process employee contracts and amendments, maintaining accurate records.

• Manage employee absences and health-related matters, providing support and guidance.

• Prepare payroll-related documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of public hospital sector regulations and best practices.

• Proficiency in HR software systems and payroll processing tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all tasks.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR or payroll role within a similar environment.
