About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our EMEA Retail Design Development Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of visual merchandising and store design strategies across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of new retail concept door openings for all EMEA markets, including item ordering and production follow-up with suppliers.
- Update organizational structures and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop planograms for skincare and makeup regional guidelines.
- Update databases with new products and visual merchandising elements.
- Support the preparation of launch guidelines.
- Conduct analytics studies on competition analysis and market research.
- Coordinate project and affiliate surveys.
- Coordinate VIP visits.
- Follow up with markets on store design and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree from a Business School.
- Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1 previous professional experience required.
- Required Language Proficiency: French, English (spoken and written - mandatory).
- Licenses or Certifications: Graduate student in a Business School or equivalent.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) and has a keen interest in the cosmetics and luxury industry. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team environment, be rigorous, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of aesthetics and adaptability.
