IC Resources is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our client, a technology scale-up with a strong presence in the hardware/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with organizations in similar ecosystems, with a deep understanding of French rules and regulations across Finance, HR, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the business plan and financial planning and forecasting processes
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, establishing financial processes and setting up the ERP system
- Establish operational foundations for future growth, working closely with the CEO
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries in North America or Asia, leveraging experience in setting up international operations
- Provide strategic guidance on financial matters, including working with VCs/equity investors
The successful candidate will possess:
- Several years of experience in a start/scale-up environment, preferably in the hardware or manufacturing sector
- Fluency in French and English, with a detailed knowledge of French rules and regulations
- Experience in setting up international subsidiaries, with a strong understanding of cross-border financial operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to establish financial processes and systems
