Application Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Owner to join our B2B platform team. As the primary point of contact for the platform, you will be responsible for ensuring its technical evolution and sustainability, aligning with organizational goals and reporting to the IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the B2B platform, running on Elastic, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reporting to the IT Manager.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure functionalities are implemented correctly, meeting business needs and requirements.
- Oversee the technical evolution and sustainability of the application, planning and implementing necessary updates, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure long-term cohesion and growth.
- Act as the primary point of responsibility for the application, managing and resolving any issues or incidents that arise to minimize impact on business operations.
- Monitor and ensure the optimal performance of the application, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks proactively.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure the platform complies with high security standards and protects user data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the platform competitive.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the platform's features, updates, and processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 2 years in B2B.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary, international, and matrixed environment.
- Master's degree in IT or Engineer diploma.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Leadership skills, with experience in operational leadership, planning, organizing, and initiating.
- Drive for Results, with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Permanent contract, Full Time.
