Job Title: Account Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to client accounts within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage administrative tasks associated with client accounts.
  • Input accurate administrative and financial data into our computer systems, ensuring records are up-to-date.
  • Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and address anomalies through meticulous review and processing.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Provide support with reception duties or phone follow-ups as needed.

Profile:

Your Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, process data accurately, and adhere to established procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills, coupled with autonomy, precision, and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.

Your Education:

  • A BTS degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal principles is an asset.
