Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Management Controller to join our Regional Direction Arc Méditerranée team. This role will be based in the Alpes Var, Nice, Défense, Services et Maintenance agencies.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will work closely with the Administrative and Management Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead monthly business meetings and participate in monthly closures.
- Collect and track monthly billing forecasts for all relevant agencies within your scope.
- Analyze and verify overhead costs across the agencies under your responsibility.
- Support project managers by monitoring dashboards and preparing their management reports.
- Guarantee the accuracy of business-related information within your designated area.
- Develop and maintain budgets, including quarterly updates.
- Provide training to new employees on company management rules and processes.
- Maintain and update management procedures within the agencies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures within the Regional Direction.
- Guarantee adherence to company management rules across your assigned scope.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A higher education degree in management control (minimum of Bac+5).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Energy, Construction or Building sector.
- Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of analytical accounting principles.
This role offers hands-on management experience with operational staff, providing valuable insights into various company operations. Frequent travel to operational agencies is required.
