Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking an Export Control Program PMO

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France. As an Export Control Program PMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and training programs to ensure compliance with export control regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process improver for COM-35 (the AH Export Control process)
  • Owner of the AH Export Control chatbot and G-site, administrator for the Export Control Google drive
  • Owner of some of the AH Export Control KPIs
  • Support for the Export Control risks and opportunities management
  • Support in the implementation of the Export Control Compliance Program (ECCP) and in the harmonisation of processes and tools across AH French, German and Spanish pillars (AH, AHD, AHE)
  • Contributor to transverse projects with an Export Control dimension
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in law (international or public law, International Relations), engineering or program management with experience in export control
  • More than 5 years of experience in a multinational environment with consulting work for a Program Management Office (PMO)
  • International experience (preferably in the aerospace and aviation sectors Defense)
  • Strong social skills in the areas of relationship building, networking, interpersonal relationships and communication
  • Languages: fluent French and English
