Export Control Program Manager

As a key member of the Airbus Helicopters SAS team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Control Program Manager to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Airbus Helicopters Export Control Compliance Program, working closely with various business functions to ensure compliance with export control regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain the AH Export Control process (COM-35)
- Own and administer the AH Export Control chatbot and G-site, as well as the Export Control Google drive
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Export Control program
- Support the management of Export Control risks and opportunities
- Contribute to the implementation of the Export Control Compliance Program and harmonization of processes and tools across AH French, German, and Spanish pillars
- Collaborate on transverse projects with an Export Control dimension
Requirements:
- Completed studies in law (international or public law, International Relations), engineering, or program management with experience in export control
- More than 5 years of experience in a multinational environment with consulting work for a Program Management Office (PMO)
- International experience, preferably in the aerospace and aviation sectors, with a defense background
- Strong business acumen and ethical conduct in a highly regulated business environment
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to advise others appropriately and make decisions
- Strong writing skills for writing and editing policies and proceedings, reports, and memoranda
- Strong social skills in relationship building, networking, interpersonal relationships, and communication
- High level of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, and confidentiality
- Fluent French and English, with German a plus
- Google Workplace knowledge
