Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled IT Systems Support Analyst to enhance our operations. In this position, you will serve as the primary resource for information and issue resolution for our employees. Your key responsibilities will encompass diagnosing and addressing hardware, software, LAN, and server challenges through various support mechanisms.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Systems Support Analyst, you will:
- Offer expert guidance and support for all systems applications, hardware, and software for staff members and remote teams across multiple regions.
- Engage in a support rotation for remote offices via telephone.
- Accurately document issues and solutions within the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Alert management regarding potential issues and emerging trends.
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software effectively.
- Administer and support videoconferencing systems.
- Undertake additional duties and special projects as required.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate IT or Service Desk roles.
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, Windows 11, Mac systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware setups.
- Capability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
