Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Commercial Sales team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned accounts.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects.
- Drive sales execution using tools and internal best practices to achieve predictable forecast, strong growth, and pipeline generation goals.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Service, and Pre-sales.
- Be a persuasive force in the market, inspiring through our compelling story and leveraging a broad network of local executives.
- 10+ years of IT sales experience, preferably with a strong datacenter and application-led sales background.
- Success in building channels and experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Strong stage presence and ability to engage and persuade, with experience in press and public speaking desirable.
- Fluency in English and French required, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
