Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute improvement initiatives related to the Workday Recruitment module and Career page, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, user experience, and overall system functionality.
- Conduct regular assessments of the Workday Recruitment system to identify areas for optimization, ensuring that the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in system configuration, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the Workday Recruitment module.
- Proven experience as a Workday expert, with a focus on the Recruitment module. Ideally with a background in HR/HRIS Consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful participation in HRIS projects.
