Description of the Offer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Hackett London. As a Personal Tailor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Your Mission:

Contribute to the achievement of store objectives through effective sales and customer service skills, while promoting the brand image.

What are your objectives?

Customer Focus

  • Demonstrate personally that the customer is key and that impeccable customer service is our top priority.
  • Welcome and recognize the customer upon entry into the store, in a polite and courteous manner, and maintain contact throughout their stay in the store.
  • Engage in dialogue with the customer to fully understand their needs and provide the necessary assistance to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
  • Develop an excellent knowledge of our latest products and unique selling arguments to promote the benefits of our products to our customers.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on our products and services to ensure we meet their expectations.
  • Show the example to be a reference for excellence for your colleagues.
  • Properly fold and package customer purchases and never forget to thank them.
  • Ensure that the customer leaves the store with the idea of returning.
  • Immediately report customer requests or problems to ensure they are resolved in accordance with company standards.
  • Livest and breathe the seven values of Hackett.

Obtaining Results

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets.
  • Understand store key performance indicators and know how to influence them.
  • Know the brand image and competitors.
  • Be proactive in your ideas to increase sales.
  • Use the business card and brochure to attract and retain customers.
  • Know all the services we offer in-store, such as alterations, bespoke services, made-to-measure, click and collect, etc...
  • Know your best sales.
  • Make suggestions for complementary purchases (cross-sales and incentives).
  • Perform all sales operations correctly and efficiently.
  • Help advise and train other team members.

Store and Stock Standards

  • Constantly restock the store with products to ensure VM standards are met.
  • Ensure that all areas of the store, backrooms, and toilets are always clean and tidy.
  • Reduce in-store stock losses by knowing stock loss prevention techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of dress and appearance, presenting a professional, elegant, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Complete any other tasks as required based on the evolving needs of the company.
  • Respect legal obligations and cooperate with the company on all aspects of workplace health, safety, and well-being.
  • Treat stocks with respect and handle them correctly.
  • Be good ambassadors for the brand.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues.
  • Know the company's expectations for stock loss.
  • Maintain stock losses to a minimum.
  • Observe and respect the company's safety procedures.
  • Ensure that sales transactions are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Confirmed experience in selling clothing in a retail environment, preferably in the high-end or luxury sector.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to take the initiative.
  • Superior communication skills, with exceptional mastery of English.
