Global Lean Transformation Leader

As the Global Lean Transformation Leader, you will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of Lean Core transformations across Hager plants at a Group level. You will act as the global owner of Lean Core processes, ensuring alignment with the HPS (Hager Production System) program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Enhance Lean Frameworks: Develop and refine Lean frameworks aligned with industry standards, such as WCM.
  • Collaborate with Local Plant Management: Work with local plant management to define, implement, and follow up on Lean transformation plans.
  • Drive Sustainable Improvements: Develop problem-solving methodologies with plant leadership teams, driving sustainable improvements via Kaizen/PDCA.
  • Foster Knowledge Sharing and Networking: Promote knowledge sharing, networking, and continuous learning across sites and levels.
  • Promote Structured Leadership Practices: Encourage structured leadership practices, digital adoption, and the creation of autonomous teams with a GEMBA mindset.
  • Act as a Lean Coach: Guide plants through the Lean Transformation journey as a Lean Coach.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree and LSS Certification: Possess a Master's degree with LSS Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) and knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Industrial and International Experience: Have 10+ years of experience in an industrial and international environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14000, and 18000 standards.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and change management skills.
  • Lean and Toyota Production Systems Expertise: Expertise in Lean and Toyota Production Systems.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with proficiency in French, German, or Polish.
