Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris
The Four Seasons George V is situated a short distance from the iconic Champs-Élysées, nestled in the heart of Paris's renowned Golden Triangle.
We are in search of a skilled and qualified Floral Studio Supervisor (H/F) for our Paris location.
The ideal candidate must possess a work permit compliant with French regulations. Proficiency in both French and English is essential. Position based in Paris.
Desired Profile:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations within the Flower Studio and providing support to the Florists. They serve as a primary liaison for all hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master all operational procedures of the Flower Studio and ensure their implementation by team members.
- Manage floral inventory to guarantee optimal allocation according to client expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to create floral arrangements.
- Procure flowers based on themes designated for public spaces.
- Address any client inquiries regarding the hotel or direct clients to the appropriate services.
- Maintain the cleanliness of large arrangements in public areas and the Flower Studio.
- Prepare quotes for clients.
- Supervise the work of Florists.
- Understand and apply hotel security protocols.
- Follow up on all floral client requests in coordination with customer relations and housekeeping.
- Review the work and adherence to procedures by the Flower Studio team.
- Assist other departments during peak activity periods.
- Actively engage in service meetings.
- Analyze and assess the performance of team members and provide timely annual evaluations.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff.
- Master safety and emergency protocols and apply them effectively.
