About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Director to join our team at EXH (archived). As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnering
    • Partner with our Managing Director and Studio Leadership Team to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals.
    • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to our business leaders, ensuring alignment with our company's values and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Lead the development and implementation of our talent acquisition and management strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the industry.
    • Manage a team of ~30 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable local employment laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our business objectives and values.
  • Organizational Development
    • Contribute to the development of our company's strategy, working closely with our leadership team to identify and address key business challenges.
    • Lead the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives, ensuring we have the right skills and capabilities to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Seasoned professional with experience in senior HR responsibilities and member of business unit board, ideally experienced on both business partnering and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of our business and industry.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of HR administration and regulations, including current employment laws.
  • Experience of Labor Relations.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict management skills.
  • Proven experience managing senior team members.
  • Strategic and analytical approach to HR planning and data management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Positive, entrepreneurial, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in French and Excellent verbal and written English skills.
