We are seeking an experienced Assistant to the Directors to join our team at Pyou - Recruitment & HR Consulting. As an Assistant to the Directors, you will provide administrative support to our directors and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the telephone and physical reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to our directors, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Assist with the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of foreign languages, including French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in our office.
