Transatel, a leading global provider of connectivity solutions and the first aggregator of alternative mobile operators MVNO in Europe, is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team of 5 people in our HR department.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with our HR Business Partners to find the best IT and Telecom profiles through various recruitment channels and methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, target profiles, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for success
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for each role, including sourcing, candidate management, and interview processes
  • Optimize inbound recruitment by disseminating, sourcing, and following up with candidates
  • Conduct outbound recruitment, including cold calling and using relevant tools
  • Source and conduct interviews, including pre-qualification phone calls, for most roles
  • Enhance the candidate experience from the first interview to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain our employer brand to showcase Transatel externally, in partnership with the Communication team
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs
About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management, with a strong understanding of recruitment techniques, particularly outbound (growth hiring). You should be passionate about recruitment and have a keen interest in finding top talent in a tech/scale-up environment.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Commerce and be fluent in English.

Our Recruitment Process

At Transatel, we strive to have a global and efficient recruitment process to finalize our recruitments in the best possible time (approximately 3 weeks). Our process includes:

  • Initial contact by HR via phone
  • Interviews: Manager/HR interview + one or more operational/technical interviews
  • Online personality test
  • HR presentation of the collaboration offer via phone and email
  • Accommodation and onboarding process
