Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the International Chamber of Commerce. As a key member of our Global Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's mission.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions that attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for the position.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and smooth application experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant networks, agencies, and schools to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment of ICC interns and their onboarding.
  • Collect and share regular metrics across Talent Acquisition using our ATS with ICC leaders and HR colleagues.
  • Acquire knowledge of peer institutions and utilize market data and intelligence to update ICC Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Drive or contribute to projects aiming to continually improve ICC hiring processes.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in an international context.
  • Excellent ability to assess people and recognize what talent looks like.
  • Curious and interested in understanding ICC's industry and business.
  • Practical and effective, combining strong business acumen and common sense to drive actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional soft skills, including interpersonal skills and reputation for honesty, transparency, and directness with various organizational levels.
  • Good knowledge of international mobility and immigration processes.
  • Hands-on approach with ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily workloads.
