Chief Flight Instructor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Flight Instructor to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our flight training department, you will be responsible for leading and managing our flight instructors, ensuring the highest standards of training and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of flight instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of training and safety.
- Develop and implement training programs and materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and the requirements of regulatory bodies.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of flight instructors, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and operations, to ensure seamless integration of flight training with other aspects of our business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our training programs and materials are current and compliant.
Requirements:
- Minimum EASA CFI pre-requisites.
- Extensive experience in flight instruction and flight examiner (FE/CRE) appreciated.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
