Company Overview: The Toyota & Lexus dealerships are part of a prominent automotive distribution group, recognized for their extensive presence in the automotive market. They specialize in the sale of both new and pre-owned vehicles, alongside comprehensive after-sales services.
The dealership has recently undergone a relocation to enhance its operational capabilities and to establish a benchmark for the brand in the region.
Role Overview: In the capacity of a Commercial Assistant for Vehicle Sales, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks associated with vehicle transactions, including:
- Facilitating communication between the sales team, various departments, and the manufacturer,
- Documenting customer orders approved by the Sales Manager,
- Preparing documentation for sales and vehicle exchanges,
- Monitoring administrative processes (orders, registration, payment, financing),
- Ensuring adherence to legal administrative requirements (registration, vehicle documentation, etc.),
- Managing credit processes (file approvals, credit settlements, balances, etc.),
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries, ensuring punctuality, notifying of any delays, and scheduling delivery appointments,
- Updating performance dashboards,
- Overseeing customer sales documentation,
- Providing assistance and information to customers,
- Organizing filing and archiving systems.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess experience in a commercial administrative role, ideally within an automotive dealership, showcasing meticulous attention to detail in administrative functions.
You should be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
