Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success Manager talentueux(se) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au sein d'une entreprise EdTech en pleine croissance.

Nous sommes Speexx, une entreprise leader du marché de l'apprentissage des langues en ligne. Nous proposons une plateforme Saas innovante qui permet à nos clients de suivre leur progression et de s'améliorer en langues.

Qu'est-ce que vous ferez?
  • Gérer un portefeuille de projets existants : suivi et analyse des KPIs, anticipation et identification des besoins clients, résolution des problématiques clients, reporting et suivi proactif grâce à l'analyse des données.
  • Assurer un suivi continu et proactif de tes comptes clients et mettre en place des stratégies efficaces pour assurer succès et satisfaction aux différentes étapes des projets.
  • Mettre en place de nouveaux projets : approche consultative, intégration technique, déploiement et suivi de l'onboarding au go live et tout au long du customer lifecycle.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale afin de délivrer un haut niveau de service et contribuer à la rétention et à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités de croissance sur tes comptes existants (upsell, extend)
  • Construire et entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients afin de pérenniser nos partenariats.
  • Favoriser l'adoption de nos solutions et en maximiser la valeur chez nos clients existants.
  • Développer des relations de travail solide avec les équipes de Speexx au niveau global et au sein des différents départements (sales, product management, training management, technical specialists)
  • Maintenir et développer en continue une expertise et une maitrise des solutions et services Speexx.

  • Des horaires de travail flexibles : Nous ne pensons pas que des horaires de travail rigides de 9 heures à 18 heures soit la voie à suivre pour trouver un bon équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, c'est pourquoi nous offrons la possibilité de travailler d'une manière flexible.
  • Un bureau hybride : Tu peux choisir entre 3 options : Travailler entièrement depuis nos bureaux dans le centre de Paris (près du métro Poissonnière) dans un quartier vivant et agréable à vivre, partiellement depuis ton domicile et notre bureau ou en full home office. À toi de choisir.

Déroulement des entretiens
  1. Un premier échange téléphonique avec la HR Manager
  2. Un premier entretien avec la team leader CSM
  3. Un cas pratique avec la team leader CSM
  4. Un échange final avec la team CSM pour rencontrer l'équipe avec laquelle tu évolueras au quotidien.
