At Powerdot, we're accelerating sustainable mobility by investing in, installing, and operating EV chargers with a cutting-edge business model. Our mission is to make EV charging as easy as charging your smartphone. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a Customer Success team or Account Managers in a hyper-growth B2B scale-up. They will be responsible for defining the strategy of the Partnership Success division, managing a team of 5 Partnership Success Coordinators, and working closely with the Head of Partnerships to co-construct the strategy of the division.

The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner portfolio, ensuring the satisfaction of our partners, and defining the team's KPIs and setting up the necessary dashboards to guarantee high-quality monitoring of our partners.

We're looking for a candidate who is fluent in both spoken and written language, enjoys customer contact, and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. They should also have a good level of English and be available to travel from time to time in France.
