Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant with a strong interest in retail and customer engagement.

As a Sales Consultant in our establishment, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients with their home enhancement endeavors.

  • Drive sales growth within your designated area and play a vital role in the overall success of the store by cultivating meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales team under the guidance of a Department Manager and report to a Commerce Manager.
  • Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and offer personalized solutions.
  • Improve product displays to motivate and inspire customers.
  • Assess sales data to identify product recommendations and optimize product placement.
  • Ensure stock availability, proper inventory management, and transparent pricing.
  • Enjoy a degree of independence and trust, along with comprehensive training on product lines and sales techniques.
