Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional IT support and managed services. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of customer service contracts from inception to completion.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing renewals of service agreements.
- Maintain financial oversight of service contracts, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with teams to uphold ITIL-based processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Ensure consistent delivery of contracted services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and inquiries from clients.
- Monitor service performance, preparing reports on SLAs and KPIs for management review.
- Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable insights based on service trends and root cause evaluations.
- Develop and manage service improvement plans in collaboration with clients.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the service delivery team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in service delivery management within an IT support or managed services context.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional time management skills and a proactive attitude towards service delivery.
