The Assistant to the Head of PLI plays a crucial role in providing expertise on a daily basis to the Head of PLI, whom they support and represent in their absence.
In close collaboration with the Head of PLI, they serve as a direct reference point for areas such as budget management, preparation of public tenders, and internal controls:
- Elaboration of the budget and monitoring of expenditure;
- Participation in the drafting of reports submitted to the regional budget controller;
- Pilotage, monitoring, and control of public procurement procedures;
- Monitoring and renewal of national and regional markets in which the DIPA is a party;
- Conducting, under supervision, all risk management controls included in the annual risk management plan;
- Participation in specialized training sessions of the administration's social committee.
They may be entrusted with any type of project depending on the current situation.
They may be responsible for conducting professional interviews of PLI agents, in accordance with a distribution decided with the head of service.
A significant experience in one of the activity areas and/or management would be appreciated.
