Votre mission sera de dynamiser le développement du réseau des enseignes à travers la gestion des comptes actuels et le recrutement de nouveaux comptes stratégiques.
Responsabilités- Participer à l'élaboration de la politique commerciale, marketing et budgétaire sur votre réseau.
- Appliquer la politique commerciale définie dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale du réseau ON TRADE.
- Maintenir et développer l'activité des comptes existants tout en élargissant le portefeuille clients grâce à un plan de prospection et de développement.
- Suivre les objectifs de volumes, chiffre d'affaires et rentabilité, et garantir l'atteinte des budgets fixés.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (direction, commerciale, assistantes...) pour optimiser notre réactivité face à l'environnement concurrentiel et aux besoins de nos clients.
- Gérer la mise en œuvre des moyens en coordination avec le Marketing, le Trade Marketing et la direction commerciale.
- Effectuer les reportings nécessaires et participer aux réunions nationales organisées par la Direction Commerciale.
- Construire une relation de qualité et de confiance avec les clients, dans une logique de partenariat à long terme.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine commercial, idéalement en gestion de grands comptes et dans le milieu du vin.
- Maîtrise des pratiques commerciales sur le CHR, la négociation et la prospection.
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité à identifier les besoins des clients.
- Connaissance du secteur viticole français et international.
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à prendre des initiatives.
- Aisance avec les chiffres et Excel.
- Type de contrat : CDI.
- Localisation : Saint-Félix-de-Lodez (34) ou grande métropole Française (Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris...).
