Within the DTI, the role of the Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager is to assist the manufacturing facilities in enhancing the performance of their storage operations, provide technical support to the central customer service for cutting lines, and facilitate the planning of the Diamant campaign.

In this position, key responsibilities will include:

Technical Support Monitor the KPIs of the warehouses and collaborate with plants to develop action plans for ongoing improvement in customer service and cost efficiency. Oversee warehouse capacity and implement strategies to prevent production line disruptions. Collaborate with engineering teams on the functional design of warehouses during projects. Assess the requirements for stillages to maintain service levels at minimal costs. Monitor the expenses associated with stillage pools and initiate measures to reduce these costs. Planning Consolidate order and stock requirements for Diamant glass and allocate demand to existing inventory and upcoming production campaigns. Work with plants to create production schedules for the Diamant campaign based on demand. Assist automotive planners in evaluating available cutting capacity and exploring alternatives for cutting lines. Safety Promote the sharing of incidents within the warehouse community and their key takeaways in partnership with the Central EHS team. Regularly review and disseminate Safety Best Practices for warehouses to various plants.

Is this position right for you?

Educational / Technical Qualifications:

A degree in Engineering or Logistics with 5-7 years of experience in the industry, including field experience. Experience in an international and multicultural setting is a plus.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Knowledge of French is highly valued, while Spanish or German is advantageous.
