We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team at point_p. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • CACES 3 certification is an asset.
