About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and activities within the defined region, working closely with internal teams to boost sales of products and services.
- Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to expand the account base in the region.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue, utilizing CRM on a daily basis.
- Provide effective communication and service to clients and feedback internally.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and management experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
- Experience managing a large territory and working remotely from a virtual office.
- Strong technical sales background, with a successful track record of selling high-tech product solutions (preferably in the Semiconductor industry).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including closing complex product deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with customers and prospects.
- Ability to work through problems independently and maintain focus with minimal supervision.
