About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Communications Coordinator to join the AXA Research Fund team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and communication of the AXA Research Fund, a global philanthropy initiative dedicated to supporting innovative scientific research on key global risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a better user experience on the AXA Research Fund website, including identifying projects and improving website search engine functionality.
- Manage the project to improve user experience, including collaborating with the team and external providers on UX/UI enhancements.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented on the website.
- Coordinate with relevant providers to successfully integrate the tool into the AXA Research Fund website.
- Create related guidelines and build a communication plan to ensure the promotion and adoption of the new tool by users.
- Support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund, including the production and promotion of outcome reports, expert content, and digital communication campaigns.
- Work to further engage the scientific community to adopt the new search engine of the website and feed the content of their research to inform private and public decision making.
- Support digital campaigns enabled by the new tools and guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent writing skills in English, with fluency in English required. French is a plus.
- Rigorous and autonomous in project management, including administrative and financial tasks.
- Multitasking and results-oriented.
- Good command of desktop tools, including Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with CRM is a plus.
- Good command of social media, with some experience in GenAI a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
