Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facility management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the facility management team with tactical planning and goal setting
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed
  • Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate and support special events in support of clients and JLL
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in facilities management, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in facility or property administration
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Experience working with Corrigo or other CMMS/Automated Work Order system
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google suites
