Logistics and Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. This role will be responsible for providing logistic support for our Power Technique Business Area and ensuring the needs of our distributors/dealers are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transports, orders, and deliveries to customers
  • Propose changes to update and implement logistic procedures and policies
  • Communicate with product factories about lead and delivery times, availability of equipment, and share it with our customers, dealers, sales, and service teams
  • Follow-up on order status and ensure all deliveries are on time
  • Invoicing following internal procedures
  • Purchasing materials from external local suppliers to complete special projects and stock supervision
  • Handle customers and distributors/dealers complaints, ensuring their highest satisfaction
  • Cooperation with Business Line Manager and Logistic Manager, sharing ideas on how to reduce logistics costs
  • Constant contact with internal departments: sales, aftermarket, finance department

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position in customer support and logistics
  • Secondary education or university degree in logistics, business administration, economics
  • Native in Romania and with good communication in English
  • You love to work with people at all levels and build relationships based on trust
  • Basic experience with SAP is welcomed
  • Strong customer focus, pro-active, and 'can do' attitude
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Ability to work with priorities and under time pressure
