Product Marketing Manager RH

Silae, c'est aujourd'hui 400 collaborateurs répartis sur plusieurs sites en France (Aix-en-Provence / Brest / Bordeaux / Lyon / Nantes/ Rennes/ Rouen/ Paris) qui évoluent au sein d'une culture d'entreprise dynamique et participative dans un secteur en constante évolution.
Objectifs du poste :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de marketing produit pour les solutions RH.
- Positionner et différencier les produits Silae sur le marché des RH.
- Recueillir les insights clients, réaliser les analyses de marché et de la concurrence.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour créer des supports de vente efficaces.
- Superviser le lancement de nouveaux produits et assurer leur adoption sur le marché.
- Mesurer et analyser la performance des campagnes marketing et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- Assurer la formation et le support des équipes de vente sur les produits RH.
Compétences requises :
- Capacité à prendre des décisions basées sur des données et à utiliser les analyses pour orienter les stratégies de marketing.
- Orienté résultats et problem-solver.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, notamment formalisation de plans cross-fonctions.
- Compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Connaissance approfondie du marché des RH et des tendances du secteur, est un plus.
- Compétences en collaboration et travail d'équipe.
Expériences requises :
- Au moins 4 ans de conseil en stratégie dans un Top Tier.
- ou 8 ans dans une fonction de Product Marketing avec le lancement d'un produit stratégique.
