At Back Market, we're on a mission to empower people to consume tech sustainably. As a Senior Ad Ops Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by optimizing our advertising strategies and ensuring seamless operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize feeds within various advertising platforms, ensuring compliance with best practices and platform requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives, collaborating with the performance team to capitalize on additional opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the performance marketing team and technical stakeholders, clearly communicating needs and providing value estimations.
  • Collaborate with the team on audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and data collection for web and mobile applications.
  • Support engineering teams in data ingestion processes using tools like BigQuery or SQL, developing dynamic advertising and automation solutions.
  • Help set up testing roadmaps and methodologies for incrementality analysis, contributing to improving Marketing Mix Modeling.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong expertise in feed structures and their operation within advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business needs effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proficient in data ingestion and integration, particularly with BigQuery, SQL, and/or Fivetran.
  • Understanding of dynamic advertising and automation using feed data.
  • Strong working knowledge of value attribution metrics, measurement, and audience configuration.
